God and love [John 4:7-10] are what give life meaning.

My life matters because I love you[my wife] and because I love You[God].

Experiencing dopamine burns life energy.

Hold onto that energy to increase your consciousness.

With a higher consciousness, you become satisfied with love.

Greatest definition/resolution[HD] of life: love and pain.

As if your skin and rib cage have been moved out of the way, and your heart is there,

open and vulnerable to experiencing all love and all pain.

To expierence life fully, intentionally feel pain for the cause of love.

Increasingly stop experiencing dopamine, and you're rewarded with love.

Face the pain of reality. Love is true reality.

I only need what can touch my heart.
